Kenneth Free was an executive at Hilton Hotels Corporation in its corporate real estate division until 1993 when he left to found his own company. That company, Straightline Hospitality, Inc., focused on real estate development advisory work for hotels and resorts. At various points in time Mr. Free was solicited to provide opinions about matters in dispute involving hotels and resorts. Over the years, this evolved into an expert witness business line for Mr. Free and Straightline. Ken has been fortunate to have received prominent recognition and has been engaged by clients in nineteen countries (advisory or expert witness assignments).

Prior to Hilton Mr. Free held various hotel and resort positions in operations and finance. These were at Westin Hotels & Resorts and Amfac Hotels & Resorts. His formal education includes a B.S. in Hotel Administration (UNLV) and a MBA in Finance (UMKC). Mr. Free carries various certifications from industry associations and in the past was Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of the University of Phoenix.
